Scratched Game Disks

Well it's Good Friday 2013 and apart from the current going island wide this morning I was faced with the most distressing occurance since I had my xbox 360. My son told me my Halo 4 disk was unreadable. Upon investigation I saw that my Arkham City is also unreadable. Apparently they moved the XBOX and scratched the disks. My question is now how do I repair the disks? It has really thrown off my weekend. I had real gaming plans. Please help. Thanks.

It depends. If its a deep scratch in the disk I don't think it can be repaired. However if the scratches are not so deep you can carry it do any place that sells DVD's etc and ask them to buff out the disk. Good luck!

Thank you for your reply. I did try two stores but in Trinidad they don't buff scratches. I intend to check radio shack today. Will let you all know.

I think JK Entertainment can do it as well. I'll try to get a number. They're located in Chaguanas.
