if u have a US PSN u will have it and even if the region lock thing come into play just change ur DNS to a US 1 just like with any other region blocked service, i hardly consider changing some numbers on ur PS4 network settings jumping through hoops

from what ppl who i know who have used it said they say it works pretty damn good right now

im lookin at pricing mainly tbh cuz this cud be a nice $$$ saver for ppl like me who dont wanna keep wasting $$$ on 1 play through and done sp games, could rent beat out in a week and save some $$$

...and StrongVPN allows you to set up certain routers by applying a custom script ONCE, and that's it.  Look ma, no hands.

Fact is...we're not in the US region, and the way things are going, we won't be included in a hurry.
A proper VPN/alternate DNS solution is quickly becoming a required cost of gaming to take proper advantage of these online ecosystems.

I can't tell people what to spend their money on, but if you want to keep being a latin american pleb, then so be it...maintain your plebness and miss out on all the 'good' stuff.

lmao. but based on what vice says you just have to change the dns number??? wats the point of a paid vpn. dont know never used anything like a vpn before. so am a noob in that regard, never wanted something that not available locally bad enough to jump in i guess. it does sound simple enough though. however as spartacus says its an extra hassle that could be considered jumping tru hoops for some people. lol at the dog hoop fail

I'll try it out with Unblock-US when PS Now is available. Been using that service for a few years now to access Hulu, Amazon Instant Video, Pandora and several other sites.

Setting up a vpn literally takes 5 minutes if that much. Well worth it for those using geoblocked services.

BUT the act of calling it "jumping tru hoops" is not only based on how difficult it it but the mere fact that u even have to go tru the process in the first place. it could be considered an annoyance really

It is an extra hoop, sadly one that isn't going away due to licensing agreements. At least it is a somewhat easy workaround that works quite well for various streaming services.

unblock us has a video showing step bu step of what to do so if you cant get through it ask someone to do it for you it only needs to be done once i really dont see any hoops anywhere

Why the worry they are streaming games not media, and unlike media any capture of the original content cannot be reused,  making whole copyright infringement argument null and void.
