You download the ps app to any able device and you can use it to enter text, send messages and download games when away from your console.

If it works anything like smartglass it go boil down to real-estate. If u fine with d screensize of ur phone to view d content u looking for, it pointless using the console. I personally would only use d console browser for videos, cause I want that on d big screen. But if u doing ah quick search, doing it on d console will be pointless.

Other uses for smartglass includes sending messages to players etc. Typing out ah long message using onscreen keyboard and controller rely meh, VS just picking up phoned and typing it there. Smartglass have the added advantage of being able to send directly from d app to xbl friends, dont know if Ps app has that.

I would hope so, because sending messages using the gamepad was absolutely ridiculous.

Pretty sure I read somewhere before that you could (or may have seen it demoed online)

hahaha, yes, VERY important feature.

Easily a deal breaker for me if nextgen lapsed in the communications department.

You would not believe how much I HATED texting using a gamepad.
