Socom games are really fun if your into shooters. Might be riddled with hackers now.

It'd be great if you tell us what games you've played before so that we don't give repeat answers.

Anyway, any of the PSP God of War games are top notch stuff.
Gran Turismo PSP is a great pick up and play racer.
The Star Wars Battlefront series.
Patapon series and Loco Roco series are adorable fun.
