Let this be a lesson to you people (yes... YOU PEOPLE) who want to chronicle your entire lives on social media.
It is frightfully easy for someone to pose as you to obtain passwords for your various accounts just from your social media shenanigans.

If it seems scary, then GOOD, because it is.

Indeed quite scary as more of our lives are backed up online. You may not use social networking but I'm sure many more will be using cloud services as smartphones and tablets continue to gain popularity......

Update Three: I know how it was done now. Confirmed with both the hacker and Apple. It wasn’t password related. They got in via Apple tech support and some clever social engineering that let them bypass  security questions.

Even scarier is the amount of access we give "apps" to the data on our android phones.

Social media is one thing, the personal info on our phones is an entirely greater risk imo.
