Well they can't do worse.....Battlefield has a better engine and in the right hands...can eclipse the story telling of CoD.

I think they should make a solid attempt at it.

For the sake of expanding their client base.

As is, the existing Battlefield players will buy it anyway....so they don't really need to cater to that crowd if they want to increase income.

Stealing some of the CoD single player masses on the other hand....now that's a smart move.

Yep cause although the SP (BF3) was good I don't remember a thing from it...

but I do remember Soap Mctavish from CoD4 (2007) right up to now...

on the MP aspect however they have CoD beaten hands down x100... they just need to push marketing

My weekly wet dreams about the 'Going Hunting' F-18 carrier launch sequence says you don't know what you're talking about.  :laughing7:

Not to mention the stellar HALO-jump 2nd-to-last mission.   :awesome:

I see DICE has added some social feeds within the single player, although interesting, I still don't know if that will even glue players to the SP. Multi-player IS where it's at.

I also understand why they would release this for current gen consoles, but that's a BIG no no for me. This is a Next Gen purchase.

Pleasantly late...but yes...we saw.  :laughing7:

Shaping up to be MUCH bigger in scope overall than Battlefield 3.

Me and my new 770s are ready. :happy0203:

hhaha, yea...love that they brought back the commander mode.

It also makes sense from a mobile device. A nice mode to bridge the gap for road warriors who aren't by their gaming capable PC but still wanna take in the action.

The elevator ride in the E3 demo was slick

Still.....not sure if I'll be able to rip myself away from its mecha scifi brethren Titan Fall. Too many epic games, too little time.
