You could pull those figures from anyone's @$$ and make it fly. Meanwhile, during any national emergency bmobile consistently crashes (not just crashes... CONSISTENTLY crashes, worse yet I'm sure for Digicel) and yet they could accurately count all those texts assuming they even all went through in the first place?
