pretty much. It doesn't mean its the latest build. Its the build from Gamescom ported to the XBOX from PC, something from last year, a one off build. Alpha....CLOSED Alpha for that matter means nothing about balance, just server testing and if shit works and doesn't break.

the exIW team is very "last minute" with stuff. The work best in the final hours when their back is to the wall.

Futuristic CoD is exactly what I was looking for. Tired for the world war 2 and modern warfare themes.

Hell, I wish the guns were less like traditional ballistic ones of today. Bring on some Plasma weapons and lasers.

up till now NOT A SINGLE PERSON mention that the visuals on BF4 and COD in MP are terrible in comparison to SP. just to get all those people to run around in MP means alot of stuff has to be taken out. No one cares about visuals in MP

A lot of the points you listed there are the reasons why I'm getting a PS4 first.

.....but still, I know quite a few people who have gotten a Xbone simply to play Forza 5.
Them is racing aficionados though,  so that is ALL them playing.  They might dabble a bit in other genres, but for them...racing is where it's at.

... and don't talk 'getting old fast' rong dem neither, because them still sweating Forzas 1 to 4.

Forza 5 is an outstanding game in it's own right.  Might even be better than Driveclub if you look sharp.
If I eventually get a Xbone, ah buyin dat for sure.

when over the years have ppl actually made a "hard" game that ppl have to spend a lil time to learn?
ofc the bots there to make ppl feel good because games gettin watered down so noobs and casuals can feel good and cuz god forbid u gotta put a lil time in to get good at something over time

too many gamers just want instant gratification with no work involved
games these days dont even have any significant recoil (BF INCLUDED) why? cuz apparently learning how to burst fire and control recoil too hard for ppl so u get a bunch of sprayin and the skill gap gets reduced.

If titanfall didnt have the movement system it has i wouldnt even give it a 2nd look just because everything else about it screams low tier in terms of skill like cod. the movement system is what will add some skill to titanfall which is why im lookin into it and halo always been a skillful game......once the devs not high off crystal meth *lookin at u reach and 4*

Good point there vice. however If the game is too hard it wont sell very well and that's why games getting easier compared to before so I don't blame the developers. And that's the exact reason why cod sells so well,  Its very noob friendly

Agreed. Even Dota...a game that is unbelievably difficult and unforgiving has been bending over itself backwards implementing features to cater for novice users.

Just yesterday we used the coach functionality. Where you can have an extra player in the game live serving as a realtime guide for a newbie.

I think it is a good development. Hold up on the elitism for a bit and make games more inclusive.

It will attract more gamers and that's a good thing.

...and not everyone has the time to invest in learning a 'hard' game either.

The main game buying demographic are the people with relationships, jobs, families...you know, actual LIVES nah.
If you make a game that's not easily accessible to that demographic, well you have to depend on the 'hardcore' niche to carry your franchise, and when has that ever worked?  You'll have a good, hard game that almost no one buys.

As a dev, making your accessible (aka 'easier' ) is almost crucial to success these days.
That's just how it is.

Demon's Souls and Dark Souls seem to do pretty good without watering itself  down to cater to those who can't play.Alot of games do well by offering difficulty.

Resident Evil try to cater to casuals and look at it now, nothing but sub standard games as of late.

Now this is why CoD will forever run the FPS genre, yuh have most of the competitors following it footsteps rather than trying to do new shit they're tryin to out CoD CoD.
