What captain awesome said ain't happening with me, i.e. replacing of a pc to game solely on console. No way, no how that gonna happen with me. I'll play exclusives on consoles, always have, owned consoles for years, from the first NES all d way up, ps1, ps2, etch etc etc. But when I got into PC gaming, it has, and currently is, and will continue to be for the foreseeable future, my primary gaming platform.

racing games get old fast unless ur really into cars and racing imo
im a GT fan and would be gettin Driveclub but i wont be loggin in everyday to play races
racing games for me is more of a u gotta be in the mood kinda thing.

for me if there was another reason to get an xb1 atm id prob secure 1 after carnival but it would just be collecting dust hence PC hopefully comes 1st (mainly for other things not gaming sorry ) then new headset, cap card and hopefully by christmas xb1 with a good Halo not the reach/4 variety and titanfall which hopefully isnt just all hype.

And rn thats all that really interests me on XB side sadly which was the reason i didnt get a 360 before lack of actual good shooters not named gears or halo and lack of creative variety.

PS3 had games like MAG and DUST which really tried to do things different. PS4 rn gettin all the indie support lovin War Thunder and that game is only like 1/4 done (tanks, battleships, world war, tournaments still be added), PS2 coming which u PC guys had the chance to enjoy before that now PS4 ppl can then u got staples like KZ , H-Hour (SOCOM) the variety there hence for me as a gamer and a big fan of team based shooters PS4 was the better option to START with.  Destiny cod bf division all those multiplatform.


Both consoles are really good and for me im lookin forward to really gettin the chance to play with the local XBL peeps because ill be 1st to admit i get a lil jelly when i see the XBL trini community actually plays other shooters not named cod, prob the single biggest reason i dont play with trinis much on PS is that they all stuck on cod now bf and cod and wont venture outside the mainstream stuff

A lot of the points you listed there are the reasons why I'm getting a PS4 first.

.....but still, I know quite a few people who have gotten a Xbone simply to play Forza 5.
Them is racing aficionados though,  so that is ALL them playing.  They might dabble a bit in other genres, but for them...racing is where it's at.

... and don't talk 'getting old fast' rong dem neither, because them still sweating Forzas 1 to 4.

Forza 5 is an outstanding game in it's own right.  Might even be better than Driveclub if you look sharp.
If I eventually get a Xbone, ah buyin dat for sure.
(... and before yuh look to beatup... yes, ah buying Driveclub too)

Hell, if I can buy the x1 just for KI, and I play that, and nothing else. Then it more than understandable men buying it just for forza, cause as far as I know it's an epic racer. But I d'oh have no Xbox wheel so meh, pc FTW.
