Building a new system advice welcomed!

hey all, so i am building a new system since my current low end system cant keep up with the graphics of the current gaming and here is where i am at so far
*Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
*Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ( 2 x 4 GB ) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) 240-Pin DDR3 Memory
*EVGA GeForce GTX 570 HD Superclocked 1280 MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 Dual DVI/HDMI/Display Port SLI Ready Limited Lifetime Warranty Graphics Card
*Intel Core i5-2500K Processor

i Already got a new v8 thermaltake case with 6 120mm fan slots as well as hard drives (i'll get a ssd later when i get more cash) and i'll get a power supply locally (i think around 800watts should b enough?)

I've been missing out on battlefield ><.....research states that the difference in FPS for battlefield 3 between the 570 and the 580 is only 6-8 fps on ultra setting...so that's why i choose the 570 which turns out to b like USD $150 cheaper....so am i set to go? any recommendation?

I need some advice. My brother is building his pc and he has an Asus Crosshair iv motherboard and he wants to run Skyrim on recommended specs, what GPU will be compatible with his Mobo? also include Crossover/SLI options in your reply.

I'd say the 570 if you're going green or the 6950 if you're on the red camp should do him well.

What CPU is  he running? and also, what is his budget?

He plans to run AMD 1100T 6 core 3.2 Mhrtz processor. He's interested in the costs for the parts as a quote and requested the GPU 1GB or 1.5 GB to be a matching red and black to his Mobo and case.  Please advise tnx.
