Still, just as I acknowlege your arguments....I maintain that the PC had its shot to show some love to developers by spending money on games instead of pirating them. Sales figures is the only "vote" that matters at this stage. It was the only vote that mattered at all. Yet, sales were extremely low and piracy figures were extremely high. Can you see that perspective? Also, do not underestimate the negative effect on the developers after seeing their years of hard work pirated 100 million times on the internet.
lol, shivLet me put it this way.I walk into GamezPlus in MovieTowne.Buy a Copy of Cryis 2 for the PC.While the guy is packaging it up and doing the receipt, I steal a copy from the display shelf. What do you think of me?
and whats the difference? using the word download instead of steal? lol
..but all that aside, I just read an article on the matter that says the perspective varies greatly due to age. That is, older folks 30 and up, are more aware that "downloading" is illegal and wrong.Younger folks, under the age of 30, think nothing of it.Simply because the older people are accustomed to paying for games, music, movies, etc... in stores but the younger generation is more accustomed to accessing all of these things online, for free.
Yeah w1n, agreed.
