My top three titles for Game of the Year:

1. Red Dead Redemption (multi-platform)
2. Heavy Rain (PS3)
3. Gran Turismo 5 (PS3)

I think RDR deserves GotY. It was unique (in a way); had excellent DLC; really big sales for what people originally thought would be a boring GTAIV duplicate; deep, memorable story; and fun multiplayer and single player gameplay. I would've put GoWIII in the list but the way things looking, RDR wouldn't have a chance.

Bad Company 2 gets my second vote; because I've never seen a game that relies so heavily on teammates before. It's fantastic.
I'll bend and give my third vote to Fallout: New Vegas. It was buggy as hell and it shouldn't have been, but I know I lost many a beloved hour to that game.


EDIT: By the way, who the hell voted for Medal of Honor? That game was a born failure... I got it half price and STILL felt I paid too much for it.

Maybe im just blind, or stupid. I still fail to see whats wrong with Medal of Honor. The single player imo was nothing to talk about, it was good. The multiplayer however,, i still enjoy playing. Most who enjoy BC2 wouldn't have a problem liking the multiplayer portion of the game.

 - Battlefield Bad Company 2 (best gaming action I get for the year, honestly with 155 hours (6.5 days) of my life dedicated to it)

- Halo Reach (I don't own an Xbox - just the PC compatible controller -  but the endless times and hours I sweat by a friend's house with 4 of the consoles, 4 32+ inch TVs, an 8-port switch and up to 12 men for a lan sweat, qualifies this game for me)

 - Plants vs Zombies GOTY (there, I said it! LOL! 76 hours and counting)
