This is for those musical scores that transcends a trailer, movie, tv series, game, etc.....into something that much more. Into something epic.

Here are my first three contributions:

All Along the Watch Tower by Bob Dylan, remixed by Jimi Hendrix and again by Bear McCreary and BT4 from BSG, needs no introduction:

Lux Aeterna by Clint Mansell. Used initially for the drug addict movie Requiem for a Dream but has since become a cult classic and featured in more movie trailers than you can shake a hypodermic needle at. Legend has it, this score was played as a lullaby for Chuck Norris when he was a baby.

Lonely Dusk by Methodic Doubt - Machine Vandals. Used in the Avatar Last Air Bender trailer as well as the new Green Lantern flick.

Loving this post already....if I was brutal I'd post up millions in one posts especially since there are scores that I love with my life here are some that I love now

part of this score was used in "The Rock" theatrical trailer very epic

part of this score was used in "Speed" trailer!

Last night on PBS I watched piece of a concert called "Videogames LIVE". Basically, it's an orchestra on stage (full orchestra complete with choir) performing videogame soundtracks. They did Castlevania, Civilisation, Halo, even FF VII: One Winged Angel to name a few.

All I have to say is when the Mario pianist left the stage, I screamed like a B!TCH!!!

the whole f***in' Inception soundtrack epic and i pray that Hans Zimmer get the Academy Award for best original score

if not....it will confirm hoe gay the "academy" really is!
