The problem is, you'll need a LOT of accessories to truly harness the power of that tech to make 'top-tier, AAA' gaming on a mobile device any kind of viable.You can only do do much with a touch screen. When you have all that stuff hooked up, guess what...it's no longer mobile. Now you're in console territory...and the console will do everything better...well, except make/take calls.
