Hey guys a friend of mine in work is selling her desktop system, sans her speakers. I'll list the specifications for this. Now I know you guys are hardcore gamers (like me lolz) so I know this may not be appealing to you guys. However if you know someone that requires a machine then let em know please. Thanks guys

AMD Sempron 3400+ MMX 1.8 GHz processor
Integrated GPU - VIA/S3G Uni Chrome Pro IGP
2 GB DDR 2 Ram
Current OS Windows XP Pro (my friend left her installed programs Nero, Microsoft Office 2007 and Adobe Creative Suite 3 Suite)
17" LCD Screen
one USB keyboard and one USB mouse
80 GB harddrive space

asking price $3500.00

My friend, u might need to approach your friend and tell her in the real world, her computer is worth about $1000. Selling that for $3500 is ripping of the buyer. Just being real with u, no offense intended.

$1000 is a bit generous since HardO/C sells better lowend systems at half that price, she might get it sold faster if she parts it out or try trinituner.

Hard O/C is a whole other level of seller...  you can't put her and him in the same class. Ever. and Hard O/C does it as a hobby, not necessarily for profit....

But on a real, for $3500, any techie worth their salt can build a brand new up-to date system. Just check Supertech.

for reals. well I'm not arguing with you guys I mean for 3500 I got my PC built from scratch excluding the graphics card, so I totally understand what you're saying. I'm just trying to help out a friend

I surprised to usual "what brand" question wasn't thrown around as yet....

That said, the inclusion of the LCD could allow this to be sold for more than $1000, but again, what brand/ more details in terms of specs...
