Couple Stuff

Hey guys.

I need some ideas for some day-to-day activities that couples can do in this country.

The wifey and I are on vacation and we need something to do besides SuDoKu, Crosswords and making out. Although that's enough for me, she's big on sightseeing and going out. I tried the Know-Your-Country tours with PTSC but that's only on weekends and they've run out of brochures. We've been together for years and we have very quiet tastes (like any old married couple). Any ideas?

I suggest you to learn something together. Art, sculpture, weaving, tiling, self defense etc...

Take something you both appreciate and turn it into a supportive mutual growth process.

dance class
judo class ( at the queens park judo club, we have had alot of couples join of recent actually, especially during the vacation)
samba class is a fun couples thing
hit up tobago, i despise it but iam told the regular plebs do enjoy it

wow, trinigamer wins the thread.

I just got the misses a Wii Fit Plus and she loves it. Not sure if it will count as a couples activity though since you can't both play/exercise at the same time (unless you had two).

Right now we take turns but it's a big hit.

@ Sync, It's just for 2 weeks so we can't join a long class. She lives in South and I'm in the East so that's a pain after vacation. The theory is a sound one though. Play together, stay together.

@ Crixx, thanx but she's not the fighting type and she finds latin dance "too seductive" (as I said, an old married couple). She's the old-fashioned church type but she's one of the best, most faithful women I know; the kind you can actually trust with your heart and with money. :-p

I have to agree with Wyatt on the Wii..
After i first took my Wii to her house, she can't stop begging me to bring it, and she mostly just played Bowling on Wii sports. There are lots of games there that you both can have fun with.

Girls really like playing games on the Wii for some reason.

Arite.. here goes the big fun list:

- Water fight in ur own backyard... but it must be impromptu... like while yuh washin d car or something.
- Randomly take her out to ice cream or some lavish desert (not in any fancy place.. willies or something) one evening after she done bathe an 'wash d hair'
- Go tobago an spend only one night... go by plane, and return by boat at night.
- go to the cinema and watch all the movies there are, until yuh jus plain tired.
...
there are more... but my brain lil tired rite now...

Wat ah sayin though is, it doh have to be a single destination for a few days... Take the few days and make it into a host of fun little events.
On the alst day of the holiday she'd be wondering... "what are we gonna do next", That's when u
- invite some close family and friends, and do an outdoor bar b que.
