Although BF 3 maybe superior I think this sums it up corporate $$$ wise

I don't think this was ever in doubt.  The yearly release cycle, coupled with insane amounts of hype
and marketing has worked wonders for the MW franchise.  BF3 was always the 'underdog' in this 'fight'.

Activision will be laughing (hysterically) all the way to what I'm sure are many banks.

first of all it downloads very fast.. most effective, i have flow 25mb and it downloaded the 10.1GB file in like 50mins. However u cannot gift it to anyone, u can however purchase the product and right in the digital download section in Amazon u would be able to view all product keys. You can then email or message this key to ur friend and they would be able to redeem it in origin accordingly.

Kinda.  You can buy the digital download, and you can go to 'Your Digital Items' and retrieve the 'CD-Key'.
You can then email said key to someone else, who can then redeem it within Origin.

The game still shows up as 'yours' in Amazon, but once it's redeemed within Origin that's it...it now 'belongs'
to that person's Origin account.
