Boom!!
While a few of us may be enjoying this beta... I am seeing a very troubling situationdeveloping on EA's forums regarding lots of folks who pre-ordered the game on Origin, expecting early beta access, but are yet to receive a code. Come ON EA...in 2011? :/I simply cannot believe that they could bungle something like this.Wouldn't they have known how many pre-orders there were? ...and from whom?Imagine, EA customer support is telling people to 'contact us in four hours'...AFTERwaiting up to THREE hours in some instances to connect to an agent.Madness. I vex and is not even me, because it's undermining the hype and excitementmany have had in anticipation for this.Goddamn it EA. You're taking every opportunity to stick it to Activision, and can't get your own house in order?I know its only 'two days', but it could be mighty important for a great many people.I think we all want BF3 to succeed, but like EA trying very hard for it not to.I'm not impressed by that. At all.

At all.I'm not surprised, EA's usual crappy excuses. They too busy scrambling to get the game out, thats what that is. I'm afraid of what the final product will be.Virtue raised an interesting thought though....if Anonymous were to get pissed off and decide to hack the crap out of Origin, I wonder what Awesome and Notnice will do with BF3 out of comission...LOL
Yep. I personally know of 5 people all in the industry who have had this issue. They have all been console related:( someone actually had his Origin account for XBOX duped onto another persons gamertag, he got the key and not my buddy. After 2 hrs on the phone with support, he still didnt get his key. This has NOTHING to do with Dice, this is straight up Origin....which is 15 mins down the road here by Visceral and Crystal Dynamics. Anyone want to trow stale doubles at them, now is the time to send it up:)
The day that FPS fans have been waiting for has finally arrived. The closed Beta for premier FPS Battlefield 3 has finally opened. The internet has been awash with rumors that the game’s consoles ports will feature inferior graphics in comparison with Battlefield 3′s PC version. Unfortunately it seems from the first few screenshots to hit the internet that the rumors have proved to be true. Certainly from shots coming from XBox 360 Beta testers, Battlefield 3 appears to be suffering from low resolution textures.

I don't think a blurry sandbag should make u run for a PC for just one game.
That's the spirit Jarrox. Its important to note, though that the same people who find Black Ops graphics on the console "good enough" will often try to bemoan bf3 graphics on said system. I openly call anyone who falls into the above category, MASSIVELY hypocritical.Even the console versions of bf3, I am CERTAIN, looks way better than any 'Call' both released and unreleased. That said, there's no need for me be cpt obvious and state the obvious. Low res textures are EXPECTED on the current gen console. Live with it or buy a pc.Case closed.
thankfully full game will have battlelog integrated into console version
