I strongly disagree. Blactivision NEEDS to be called out on this nonsense. Cah just slightly modify an old game and release it as a new one and charge people a new set of money.

I say tactics like this are EXACTLY what is required to make those f***s wake up and actually make an effort! Why should Battlefield be the only thing worth playing? I wanna have some damn diversity and Blactivision is NOT helping in this department.

It won't, it'll give a few ppl a lol and other than that cause some legal headache... Intel sued many companies into submission for the mere MENTION of the letters 'intel' in their website url, i'm sure blactivision can do the same.

Instead of going after him, maybe their money will be better spent making a better game so people won't have to do things like that to embarass them.

There may be nothing wrong with buying the domain name, but its what he did with it is the problem. He's misrepresenting the game intentionally and in a malicious manner, so if and when Activision catches wind of it, he will be asked to take the site down or face prosecution for defamation of character or something to that effect...He may have meant it as a joke, but to big business, joke or not, somebody gonna pay, and its usually the small man...As I said, he may not be able to afford BF3 after Activision gets wind of this lol
