Stop wishing for a black costume we all know it ain't gonna happen lol. Darker colors for his traditional costume maybe but not black O_o

I want nothing but the traditional costume in its bright colors. Superman is not a character that should be wearing dark or black colors. His costume should look like a costume and reflect the bright and optimistic attitude of Superman.

I would be confident if he does this. he did a nice job with Watchmen

I read up on Jon Hamm. never saw Mad Men (hence the Draper character) but he got a Golden Globe for it so I guessing he did a good job. He sure as hell was a kick@ss federal agent in The Town though so anything is possible. and he has the Superman "hard chin look"

Nah I've found the comic series that may have served as inspiration for the script; Superman:Birthright. Browsed through it briefly. The travelling the world part is brief, he uses his powers to stop a warlord then goes home and dons the Superman get-up. Even has General Zod in it.
