Can anyone suggest a good VPN program? I'm ooking for a free one that I can use to watch shows on Hulu and restricted videos on Youtube.

Try Hotspot Shield It's a combination of VPN and Proxy, quite literally it's OPEN VPN to establish your connection to a remote site in the US (Penn State I believe) then you use them as you're ISP hence proxy. We use it to bypass region lock. And the best part is, because its a VPN (think IPSEC) unless they block ppls ability to use VPNs it should get you around the proxy blockers... though I guess blacklisting the VPN endpoint would work just as well XD

simple way is to use a ssh tunnel with socks capabilities, works like a charm. All you need is an shh shell which are plenty thanks the cornucopia of companies hosting free ones, just do a Google search for free shh shells host.

I was using HSS up until a day or so ago, but it suddenly stopped working. and NOD32 keeps insisting that it's a virus, which had me kind suspicious. I'll probably try reinstalling it as there are others out there using it.
