Well, seems True Crime: Hong Kong was resurrected by Square Enix and rebranded as Sleeping Dogs.

A buddy of mine surprised me with this trailer. Everything in that trailer just made me drool for a movie.
It's going to be very difficult for the game to impact me the way the trailer did.

Actually I read thats old E3 footage just used to give a better idea of what the mechanics are while they talk about it in the interview. Still looking forward to it since it has that vibe the original True Crime had and this may be the closest we get to an open world crime game set in an asian country.

Always wanted a sandbox game set in an asian country for years. Looks much more polished now. Should be just as fun or even better than Just Cause 2.

Yeah it looks good. Already ordered a couple weeks ago. I'm still not a fan of the driving physics but I guess it could work.
