Man...this game is INTENSE.  I could not put the controller down...when I ketch mihself,
I already six hours in...whew.  The atmosphere absolutely sucks you in and keeps you riveted.
You go into a new room or corridor expecting trouble, and yet still, it's totally unnerving when
that necromorph jumps out from an air vent.  The new necros are really a piece of work, and OMG
are they fast.  Thank, thank you, THANK YOU for the slowly-regenerating stasis module.

This game sets the new bar for total immersion.  If you're not playing it with 5.1/7.1 audio enabled,
you're missing out on an aural treat.  It's good for your situational awareness as well, especially
when you can't see what's stalking you in the darkness.

Damn you Visceral Games.  :laughing7:

...and some of the panoramas just make you want to stop and stare...

Oh...and I am liking the new 'security suit'...

This game is not to be missed folks.  One of 2011's best for sure, and a must-buy.

...and it's multiplatform, so you have no excuse. :)

'Vintage suit' you say...

I just started chapter 6...do you get it further on?

Any particular advantages to using it over the Security suit?

Can't remember where it is but i remember i needed a node to open the door.(might be around chapter 7 or 8)

All the suits are the same i think.

U really need to look in every room to find these things i also just got a next new suit call the advance suit (some where around level 11)

Wow. I would really like to get into this game, wanna start with the first one though. Trouble is, the Trini Trial method for DS1 crashing each and every time when I reach the first save station. Try to save...bam. CTD.

Even went and download another version, same story. Sorry, I wont support any of these games until I can sufficiently test.

Shame, it could be a nice game but I'll have to pass on this one.

Maybe its crashing because  it's not a legit version?

Not trying to be a tool, but it could be a factor.  Anybody with the legit versions
reporting the same issue online?  Check and see.

Could it be an Nvidia thing?  :happy0203:   (I just couldn't help it :laughing7:)

I think you missing out on a great game.  I have the Xbox 360 version,
and if you can stomach playing it all the way through with a controller,
yuh could get a borrow.

In anticipation for this day I replaced all copies of DS1 with my own hacked copy, which when run on a computer that is already infected with WarOne.exe or Cpt.AwesomeDieDieDie.exe causes the game to crash.  You might have to re-install windows again on a new hdd to get rid of it... sorrry.

Tell me when you re-installed tho will send you a new copy of Warone.exe.
