Wyatt, you wont be disappointed with the Turtle Beach headset, but I myself had to
take it up a notch...at least for the consoles.

Tritton AX720

Not as expensive as the AxPRO, but based on the reviews, it should do nicely.

...and its about time I got a new watch...

Yep...good ol Casio (G2300B-1V if you're wondering)
Here's to NEVER having to buy a watch battery again.  :icon_thumleft:

buying TV's online and shipping them here is not always wise, yeah you may save 1000 or so on the price from Courts, but you also lose out on the 3 year warranty.

i really dont buy ANY electronics AT ALL from courts them cud stay right there

he was using courts as an example retailer, also, i believed you missed his real point, the warranty.

and i agree with him 100%, unless i would be saving a crazy-ass markup i'd rather pay a lil 10-20% more on an item and have a claimable warranty over the course of a few yrs than have none and regret it if something happens.

Indeed @ warranty, that's the deal sealer/breaker with me more often than not. Is your preference buying online, or buying foreign? In other words, if local retail chains offered an online purchasing solution, would you buy from them?

foreign cuz i get the better deals when i buy away anyway
computers, games, PSN cards along with other stuff

if i see sumting online an check d price an decide to buy down here is more often i hadda multiply d US number by 10
das alot
last time i check courts to see they ps3 price (jus for kix) it was 4000+ das jackass money  spendin
wen i paid 2500 total for everything wen i ordered d slim for my cousin from amazon
lets not even go there with computers/parts
paid $1000TT for my ex 500GB hdd dat was before i got my skybox
i cud get a 1.5TB ex HDD for less than that (around 100-130US)

buyin certain stuff down here jus doesnt make sense imho
now d tv thing i understand that 1, but is not a big 55" expensive LED tv
jus something small (prefer to game on smaller tvs) to enhance my gaming experience cuz this SD aint cuttin it no more lol

I'd say anything under US$1000 with a small form factor is an easy buy online.

Over that and with considerable size, the mileage begins to vary dramatically and the local warranty might prove valuable.

There are items (a portable air condition unit for example) that actually costs less here in Pricesmart than it would if purchased online and delivered through a skybox.

Same would apply to some big TV 52" and so.

A small, light TV (32") costing US$500 should be a safe bet imo.

and blu-vice, did you go with a 26" LCD with HDMI (and no TV turner) like I did? If so you'd get a steal of a deal as it classes under Monitors which carry no vat and duty.

TVs that get level charge (unless the customs officer is feeling the spirit of Christmas lol)
