the only time i choose story over gameplay is in an RPG. any other genre, gameplay takes precedence. strong stories only makes or brakes movies/tv shows for me.

yeah, agreed. story only matters to me if its a single player heavy game like an RPG.

For a shooter, a good story is gravy. (still haven't completed the single player campaign for Battlefield Bad Company 2, lol)

The multiplayer is what really matters.

I'll buy rage at some point.

BF3 / MW3 first.

Boy, i try d BF3 multiplayer beta, i did all but cuss and exit d thing yes.
I write off that game one time.

Ill give d full version another shot.

But that web based interface crap, and d clunky online support? Not me and dat mess.

Hmmm, interesting take on the web interface. I find it is very innovative and allows for a ton of extended customisability and a great way to collaborate with and keep track of other players.

Boy me and berzerk sit down trying to figure out how to make that shit work. Is only becuase i techy i realise why mines wasnt working, java wasnt installed, u tellin me origin couldnt do that? how is the average joe suppose to know, dey need to isntall java before hand, before d interface woudl even work.?

I cant juss press launhc on d game and reach in and start swettin, ah webpage have to open first, and i have to browse from there? Nah boy, i hate that shit. it completley break d experience for me. And when i reach in d game, man was disapearing, men blinking infront me. d thing was clunky and horid. i exit so fass.

I chucked it up to being ah beta and say ill try d full version.
But if d full version experience is anything like that, them just lost ah customer oui. Graphics or no graphics.

Den it have dis shit with 2 seperate friend list, ah mean, ea, dude, u never hear bout steam? u eh see how dey do things. You own origin, and b3 is urs, u telling me u cant juss use origin friend list and talk done? i have to stil come and add man from web interface and all kinda balls? i cyah rightclick ah man name from origin and say join? stueps. Unless is me doing shit, i find d whole thing absolutely ridiculous.

let notnice and awesome work out all the bugs. Final code ftw.

So the general consensus (from all the reviews I've read) is that it's 'meh'...albeit a gorgeous, and highly playable 'meh'.

Not enough money for 'meh' this rounds.

Pass.

Tried the game and liked it. Dunno what was goin' through the developer's heads to not include advanced settings though. Very foolish decision. There isn't even a setting for vsync, and without it the screen tears like crazy. Had to enable it in Catalyst Control Panel. Also, the game has a lot of texture pop-in. At first I thought it was an issue with only Ati cards, but apparently Nvidia users are experiencing the same problem. The latest drivers make no difference. Although I liked what I played, I still think id could have done a bit better.

Whole morning I've been creating and deleting that Rageconfig.cfg file in an attempt to get it working right. But the one I downloaded from Steam forum seems to have gotten the job done. I also tried making the cache folder like the guy in the video said, but it didn't seem to help much. Good lookin' out MessiaaH.
