Microsoft has released a Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.

Small free application that tests your computer and reports if it is ready for their latest and greatest operating system.

Give it a try and report if you're fit for the future.

It is beta, just a heads up in case you are not comfortable running beta software on your computer.
