Well thats the problem, Local CC's cant be US validated. You still need an american CC for that which none of us would have unless...we were american.

just open a checking account in a US bank, and get a Visa Check Card, use your skybox address as your mailing/billing/shipping address, that's all there is to it.

^^errr no, you have to be in the US at the time, walk with your passport. Choose a large bank, Citibank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America etc.

My primary Windows drive on my main rig is a 80GB WD Velociraptor,
so that 128 GB SSD woulda make a pretty nice upgrade.

I'm not buying any SSD unless it has TRIM support nuh. Can't handle deteriorating performance over time on something so expensive.
