Yea Yea iam benching on my newly put together pre i7 machine

Having seen some really impressive scores, I'm humbly submitting my own benchmark:

3dmark 06 - 11702

CPU - Intel Q6600 2.4 Ghz @ 2664 Mhz
GPU - Geforce 8800GTS
MB - Asus P5Q-E
RAM - 8GB mixed corsair and kingston ram

That score good enuff for 15th place, and total displacement of NGW!!!

it is oced lol
200+ mhz

ahhah but cant go any further, my case isnt a good one
so right now i have both panels off the case and my lasco fan attached
plus stock cooler.

yeah ive gotten it up to about 2900
but the temps were unacceptable

so gotta get a new cooler and case then ill push it further

just for reference, the temps got really high only in intel burn in, not in normal operation.
The card is of more concern though.. doesnt oc as much as my former nvidia cards.

oh ok, well what i will say, is if you ignore the p5qe software screaming at you that 74 is too high
and you DONT run intel burn in. then you can get to 2.9 on stock cooling.
Actually had a spike and it went to 3052 Mhz but meh lol first machine in years so i not goin an burn it dong.
