Damn most of these controllers look like a pain to use.
http://gameist.com/articles/seven-least-practical-controllers/
Until we can play games with just our minds (and that day is much closer than most people would like to accept), the controller will play an important role in our gaming lives. It’s how we access and interact with our pixilated second life. If we’re going to spend our waking lives glued to a television screen, the controller needs to be comfortable and functional while not making you look like you’re mentally handicapped when trying to use it. Despite being incredibly obvious, it’s a simple lesson we’ve clearly yet to learn.

I especially liked this comment about the 'Mindwire': "
How gentle pulses equate a Psycho Crusher is beyond me...
"
Priceless.

Lol @ Trance Vibrator "There’s no other reason for this to exist; it doesn’t help play the game in any way and all it does is vibrate. You may call me a pervert, but damn it people, Wikipedia doesn’t lie."

The one I expected the most to be in that list was the Trance Vibrator device used with Rez....that thing just....just....hell, it HAD to be Japan to come up with that one....

I've played on something similar to the first one the intellivision... EONS ago with redlum... it didn't have 12 buttons though... in fact I don't think it had buttons, it was a giant circle like the one you see and it WAS the button XD
