^ditto, it has been running pretty good since Wednesday. I usually get a lag fest in BFBC2 but since Wednesday it has been mostly lag free, speedtest give me close to the advertised speeds to foreign servers, where as i was getting 2-3mbs average before.

Well woody that is great news. Customer service ftw. I still reserve judgement until I see how it goes this weekend into next week.

Who say level 'testing' in some bc2 to make sure everything working properly hehe.

Somehow I never got the issues you guys did, since I switched to Flow.
Its been peaches and cream since then, as I have always gotten the speed and ping I'm paying for.

As for 'testing' later, I'm all for that.  :)

Hmm well good going FLOW, though in the past I have gotten a response from them, call back to ensure things ok....yet service still falters from time to time. I remember earlier this year getting dial up speeds. Hopefully things will continue to perform well.

I must say though that I thought it was just me having improved performance during the latter half of this week. I was on youtube the other night and thinking to myself how come the videos loading so fast.....on 720p quality lol. And well that screenshot I posted with the 1209 KB/s rate, yup still getting that speed during the day hehe.

Guys, earlier this week I left a less than pleasent comment on Flow's facebook group. Basically, the shitty ping and lag issues had me ticked and calling customer support wasnt getting me far.

Fellas, I must say, Flow have some realll bess customer support and I feel like they care dread. I got a call not 5 minutes ago from someone in the communications department that explained to me that they were doing some upgrades up to tuesday or so this week to the system countrywide and how I found the experience was since then, also if things were still bad they would send someone by me to test.I told her that pings were fine last night and gaming session went smoothly etc etc.

Ah feel like a biteup shilling and not pissed at them anymore. At least I have someone I can call now when the normal tech support not doing it for me. Now is time for some heavy sweat to see how much improvements their upgrades really made.

What flippin' alternate universe ya'll living in and how can I communicate with you guys oO




Its been 8months or so since I've gotten what Woody posted :/
I think this is the part where I ask flow for some kinda compensation? A customer can't be paying $350 for 10mb but getting 2mb speeds :/ .

Well I just got off the phone their with support... I actually waited 30mins with the phone to my ears to get through -.-
Usual yadda yadda, maybe router, nothing wrong on their end etc..etc..
So I voiced my frustration and the guy said he's escalating my issue and will contact me today about it and it should be fixed..
If that call doesn't come by tomorrow.. I'll resort to facebook. :)
And mega lulz @ "seriously pissed with these noobs"...Thats the magic line that may have worked for ya :p

Like allyuh wasnt listening. Is their facebook group I posted in and YES they do check it, quite regularly. Yes, pm's.

Yes @ apprentice with the 30mins on the phone before talking to someone. As if that wasnt bad enough, they dont even have a damn toll free line for customer support wtf? I told the lady (and yes she was a very nice lady) about that same exact issue as on at least two occasions I ran out at least $25 on my cell holding on the line. I also indicated that the best the support does is to tell you to plug your router into one machine directly and reboot, which does not help one bit. I waiting to see what happens.

I encourage anyone who is having problems for extended periods to use the facebook option. You wont get an immediate response but within a day or two there should be a reply.

That used to be a TSTT offense. Now flow starting to steal some of their bad support thunder.

Speed test at 6pm and every 3 hours afterwards?
I tested at 6pm and the download speed was 5mbps, but 100ms and 11% packet loss.

And well a test at 9pm now =

d supers are actually more help and right now i in two supers mc on a daily basis till my shit fix
i not payin $690 for 0.61Mbps MAX average does be around 0.45 wdmc

sad thing i just get a rebate from them for d LAST friggin problem last friday and d day after shit start back? stueps

Nov 09...last time i got a full month of workin service from flow

last night was the first time in about 2 weeks that my ping in battlefield drop below 200.

And that was on a Saturday, 9pm-ish. Peak time.

Hopefully they fixed/ugpraded something in our area.
