hav to say this demo rel baaad
chain reaction has to be the best game mode in the game

havent tried any coop options but there is a "horde" type coop game mode called Gold Rush.

ok jus played U2s version of gears horde mode called Gold Rush and i hav to say its awesome.
very intense the round doesnt end till u steal the enemies treasure an cap it. easier said than done

now only me an dvon went in to play but we did reach round 7 even with just the two of us. this is 1 mode where u NEED mics
Coop mode and Gold Rush is a max of 3 ppl and not 5 as in the competitive mp part
but in all honesty 5 wud b too easy 3 jus right

sounds decent to play, but i was wonder something tho, do you have to unlock characters / costumes the same way as perks or are they unlocked from the start?

all d money u earn in mp u use to buy ur "perks" and character skins and coop upgrades and taunts etc
once u reach the required lvl u can buy them

u can choose to not buy a waste of time ability and save for the more expensive 1 down the road

The biggest complaint of all reviews thus far really is that the game has an ending

Played the demo last night, I definitely getting this.

one problem i had wit d demo goin public tho
yesterday we kept gettin matched up with ah set of low lvl players right tru was too easy sweepin tru them elimination (best mode btw) matches 3-0
still waiting for a ps3 game to hav the matchmaking and ranking system halo has
socom has a ranking system similiar but dont know if d matchmaking matches u wit ppl ur rank or jus any set.

Hehe yeah the matchmaking not perfect but they getting there. Played through a bunch of matches and it always matched me up with other bees pings ppl. Still need to get accustomed to the cover system a bit, sometimes I would take cover next to a door but would not be able to move. It is cool how they took advantage of the vertical stages. I was pleasantly surprised when I fell off the edge of the stage, thought it was game over but no meh boy hold onto the ledge and the unsuspecting souls running by got taken out by me with the pistol while I was hanging off the ledge hehe good stuff. Replays are nice though I wish u could rewind a lil instead of only havin rewind to the beginning available.

one thing ah doh like is TDM RPGS and WHY mcs does vote to play a rocketfest stueps
d sad ting is they give u 99 FRIGGIN ROCKETS so man spammin rockets left right and centre
ND need to scrap da waste of time mode and make elimination come up more

yuh hadda try d coop mode gold rush tho rel kix lol
but play da with friends doh go in matchmaking.
gold rush is a friends mode. more fun dat way

Yeah I was wondering about those match types. In the final game will u be able to filter gametypes? The rockets were my least favorite, though I did like the pistols & grenades one hehe. Hmm melee on ledges u say, interesting lol.
Did not get a chance to read up on boosters and the other cool unlockable stuff.

I might actually spend more time in Lost Planet 2/SOCOM/CODMW2 multiplayer.

My only dilemma for the Lost Planet 2, is which system to get it for.

rockets are least favs among the ppl i play with idk why n00bs like to play da shit
elimination is d best tdm mode imo

lol we were talking and having fun...then decided to go play the Lost Plant 2 demo co-op as we had 4 people...
Had lots of fun lol..

My main reason for not playing the U2 demo that much is because i don want to ruin the fun when i get the actual game...and i dont want to be levelling up my account when it gonna reset with the actual game anyway. lol
But i'll play with ya'll tomorrow though hopefully.

not really cuz they drop you into the demo with no idea of where in the story you are... just pickup and fun gameplay.
Might not be getting the game anyway so demo can be exploited.

Wouldn't have time...
I could only make so much time for games this semester...so prioritising on Uncharted 2 SP, Modern Warfare 2...everything else will have to wait.
o and MAG Beta... yea I love the scale of the battle and what not...but at the same time it felt like just another shooter...not that its a bad shooter...
I glad it got delayed basically, because I wouldn't have put priority on it if it were coming out next month.
