Its interesting that not one, but TWO call of Duty games are this game's direct competition after so long...and the BC2 community is still going strong.

To be honest if it aint gonna be up so I can change the map etc to practice flying etc. I don't think it makes sense to bother keeping it up.

I mean have contributed and have no problem contributing to keep it up but as notnice said there are too many other things playing right now to be spending money on that server.....plus there are lots of games coming up that we wanna save up for and buy

If anyone was thinking of updating mumble to version 1.2.3 rc2 go ahead just install it over version 1.2.2 .

It has a new overlay that to can edit yourself and a fps counter

(edit: forgot to say it was mumble to update)

Canceled Mission - Bad Company 2's Onslaught Mode for PC Canned

Shazbot. Battlefield: Bad Company 2's co-op afterthought mode, Onslaught, will not be coming to PC, after all. Althought DICE has claimed that they are working too hard on making Battlefield 3 "the biggest launch in DICE's history", I wouldn't be surprised if Onslaught's somewhat low profitability was a major factor. The download-only title Battlefield 1943 has also been canceled on PC, which is no surprise; the hype for it is pretty much dead in the water now that Bad Company 2 has been on shelves for nearly a year.

Series fans with the co-op itch will have to settle for the console versions of Onslaught, and keep your fingers crossed for a co-op mode in Battlefield 3...after all, they are promising the "best Battlefield game ever".

plz it has been abandoned on the console for quite some time both buy the developers and gamers so i doubt it will actually make any sense pouring anymore time and money on a port.

BF3 does not need co-op ,it need ti be like bf2 not bc2

Honestly I am not bothered by this, but just the mere fact that they would take away the PC addition is EPIC FAIL in my books... so the console is more important then? says alot.
