As for who facing the bajans, the standing orders is the top 8th ranked men from whoever on mumble at the time makes the team. That will avoid all quarrel, fuss and fight. Let men stats do the talking.

Of course, if a man willing to give up his spot for a lower rank man to fall in, then by all means he is free to do so.

Unless of course, someone has a better idea. What we hoping to avoid is dissension in the ranks in determining the team. lol
