You know, to me, Saw should have just died with Jigsaw. It doesn't make a lick of sense to continue on anymore because the main theme behind the movie (one man testing the very extremes of human survival) flatlined with the main character. I'm sorry, but anybody else who takes up the mantle will just rub off as an inferior copy of Jigsaw to me. Just saying.
So, I've heard a lot of things about this movie.
Nearly all of it was pretty bad. Quite a few people actually mirrored Cross in saying that it was predictable.
I've yet to see it, though, and, being the fan of mindless blood and guts that I am, I'm going to get the DVD and see it for myself. Like I said before, though, I don't really expect much, because after Saw 2 (the best of the whole bunch in my opinion,) the series was on the decline, not really blowing me back as much as the first two movies did (although, I did wince at the sight of Jigsaw's stomach in part 4.)
So...yeah. I'll watch it, and get back to you guys.
