Desktop server mobo reccomendations plixx

At the state of processors and ram and dirt cheap storage, iam building a simple but robust file print server, storing files and allowing printer access, vpn connections too and from the machine.

Iam kinda stuck on the mobo but i do know i want to build it around a q9300, so, any suggestions to help me along, thankz

with out grafix card and using onboard raid iam surprised at how affordable this is
those dominator sticks seem like great value


but of course i need stability on the board as well as performance, thats why i wanted opinions on board choices.

were you AMD I'd have immediately suggested M2N32 WS Pro

9 SATA ports and 4 IDE with RAID 0/1/5

on the Intel side Prowl suggestion should do it as well
