Zimbabwe introduces the $1 billion dollar note.

.....unfortunately, as fast as it came out, the note's already being deemed worthless due to its inability to even afford two pieces of bread.

Zimbabwe is to introduce a bank-note worth Z$100bn in response to rampant inflation - but the note will barely cover the cost of two loaves of bread.

Some Zimbabweans are already calling for higher denominations in a country where the official annual inflation rate has exceeded 2,200,000%.

Independent economists believe the real rate is many times higher.

Zimbabwe residents say the latest note is already worthless, and does not even cover their daily lunch.

Don't even think about comparing what was once the haven of tnt to zimbabwe. Compared to what we had to where we are now, we do have it bad

I think what Exar's trying to say is that, "When you think you have things bad, always remember that there's somebody who has it worse."

It's true that Trinidad's become a hellhole compared to the days of yesterday, but think about it for a second. We haven't reached the stage where we're killing each other over bread, carrying millions of dollars just to buy a day's worth of groceries or walking hundreds of miles just to get a bowl of rice at a refugee camp, a state that Egypt, Zimbabwe and Somalia (respectively) have fallen to.

We should all be grateful that we don't have those problems down here. Knock on wood.

You must forgive my selfish ways when i talk about tnt.

If we study who has it worst out there, then we will settle, or even worst, be contented with our situation.

But you are right in saying what u said, someone's always got it worst, and we should look at them and fight, not hope, to improve our situation.

By the way, whose fault is it that zimbabwe is the way it is?
