especially for physics exams.....

wrap your head in a soaking wet towel, get yourself wet to the bone, run around in a room of ambient 25 centigrade or lower, watch 8 episodes of barny while your feet are in a bucket of ice, if you are not sick when this is done turn to channel 19 for an episode of tellutubies.
