wats up ppl. jus got some money an i thought 2 myself "i think i need a new fone"

anyway, did some research an found 2 fones i like.

sony ericsson k850

im upgrading from a sony ericsson k790 which works great. love the ease of usage. which one u'll think is better? both fones are $3600 tt. if anyone knows where i could get it 4 cheaper let me kno plz.
oh an another option was the n95 but dats jus out of my price range ($4000+). if anyone knows where 2 get it for cheaper (no more dan $3600) let me kno plz. Oh an plz don't try 2 sell me used fones. i only buy brand new. (like the smell

i personally love the new v8 razor

but i wouldnt pay the absurd trinidad prices for it.

Now i'm a hardcore Sony Ericsson fan but I absolutely LOVE the Nokia N82. You HAVE to get that phone.

I mean, you have Xenon flash, Wifi AND a larger screen with the nokia, plus it records video in 30fps VGA resolution. Thats like dvd quality video yo...on a phone. No wifi on the Sony is kind of a bummer.

The N82 is basically the same phone as the N95 eh, just a few features different that I dont find that important.

And is the same price for both of them you say? $3600 down here? Where man where? I HAS to get me one of these.

not only does the n82 have all those features.. but it can run up to over 70 applications and still won't slow down!!!! i have the nokia n80 and i'm watchin the n82 harddddddddddd.... if ur a tech head, get the n82.. worth it

Yeah the Nokia is a smartphone with 128mb ram. The Sony is not. I had a whole PC at one time with 128mb of ram. THat on a phone is just insane.

that's the sort of phone i would buy from Nokia now, i'm just not happy with anything else they've come out with recently; hence my SE 810i purchase (which i would love to get another one for my GF if they were still available).

yea the nokia seems 2 b the better fone, especially wit wifi an dat sweet camera (do a little photography). brigicel has the k850 an some store in central hav the n82. im in work so i doin't hav the papers around. its in one of last week's express in d bac of the classifieds. i was tinkin 2 go with the se k850 becuase its easier 2 get. i live in the north (brigicel in town). also d nokia hav less battery time which sucks but den again its a nokia. dat chargin every nite ting not workin.

Well I personally dont mind charging every night since I pretty much always carry a charger with me. And for all those features, that is a miniscule price to pay, but thats just me.

why aren't you into charging everynight.. not like you are going to use the phone when you are sleeping.. and what are you buying a new phone for? the camera, or features? k850 gets pwned by the nokia n82 in both areas.. the battery life on the n82 is really good.. research it meng..

but it's your choice tho.. ur money too.

tru d charging is not reely a problem. i buyin it for both camera an features. oh another ting 2 consider is dat d sony comes with a 1gb mem card i tink but i kno dat still doesn't justify it against the n82. jus lettin u'll kno. i need 2 find dat place dat sellin d n82. if anyone happen 2 find the place post it plz. somewhere in central or south. i hopin i didn't throw out the papers

oh another thing to, if anyone hav any other suggestions for fones dat i could get in trinidad, let me kno. prices and store with dem would b nice. (similar specs)

feel the power of the n82.. succumb to its will!!!

as i said b4, i have an n80, the battery life isn't the best, well i mean i use wifi, gprs, camera, music player, cell phone, games, DAILY... so wa u go expect, the ericsson is great, but if they are in the same price range, esp in trini.. hosss,, wa u waiting on.. lol

AND THE N82 COMES WITH A MC 2GB CARD SON!!!! WA U WAITING ON!!!

I dont know if it will actuall come with the 2gb card since local retailers uaually withhold some parts and accessories and make you pay extra. But even if you have to buy a mem card separate, its still way worth it.

Btw, the place is r&j cell tech located in Gulf City shopping complex. Im not too sure where that is but I know its down south side.

hey new development. on my way home i stoped in bradford mall an saw great things. remember b4 d both fones were the same price?!? well i saw the n82 for $3400 an the k850 for $2800. big price difference. bearing this in mind do u'll still tink i should go with the n82? oh an for those who want 2 kno, they hav the n95 for $3600. i tink d store is lets talk. first cell store on the left wen u walk in from henry street side.

if you have 3400 dollars, go with the n82, if spending more than 3000 for just a phone is bothering you, get the k850, it's a good phone.. please don't watch the n95, good phone, very neat and light, but the n82 kicks its behind, yes it does (prove me wrong can you?).. so basically, if you can afford the n82, get it, if you don't want to spend more than 3k, get the k850.

that price is quite good actually, considering that the amazon price is $3180odd TT before you ship it! and at least the store you buyin it from would support with warranty, do they btw?

yes they would most likely give you 6 month to a year warranty on it. Very good price. Will be picking up one as soon as pc upgrades are done.

hey guys. I made d plunge. I didn't buy either of d 2 fones. Ended up buyin d n95. Works great. As a matter of fact im actualy doin dis reply on it usin d wlan. Went wit dis one only 4 d fact dat it is a slid an it was only $100 more.
