FS: Compaq Presario V2565US (Dead LCD)

as the topic says.

The LCD was damaged (lid was accidentally shut with a pair of headphones resting on the keyboard :S)

It was bought January '06, and it works great other than LCD problem.

Nice price there. Throw in another gig memory and a monitor and you have a bess PC there.

that's the only problem with it.

i did a few searches and found that there were quite a few options; eBay was a good place to look, and the prices varied from $150~as much as 300US.

i got another system otherwise i would have just fixed this and used it.
