Dawn of War, the unofficial SC2 immc.

I'll be sweating it and it's ilk until blizzard drop the official SC2.

--I don't know what does immc. stand for, but if it is what I think it is, DoW is nothing like SC2, which is noticable if you play both games. They may look a bit alike at first glance, but they play very differently.
--Game concept maker, I test them by making them into frps.

--English is not my primary language, so if I make any mistakes, don't bother me with them, thank you.

you cant say that dow is nothing like star craft 2

when you can see that alot of the unit design in sc2 was taken from dow
the way units move and attack, taken from dow.

not in a bad way, in a good way.

Lol, you say if you play both games its noticeable that they are nothing alike?
when the opposite is true?

lol, rain needs to come off the controlled substances.

They are alike and exist in the same genre. Like crixx says, that isn't a bad thing. It's a compliment to both. SC and DoW are excellent scifi rts fare. No doubt SC2 will be the bigger than DoW2 because of it's Blizzard pedigree. That guarantees imba excellence lol.

Speaking from DoW and SC perspective of course as neither of us actually played SC2 and DoW2.

Bought it on Steam

Vista issue with loading.....some BS low memory issue......BROKEN......MC.........GAME!!!! load......cutscene.....first mission......CRASH...*rinse repeat*

sent a VERY strong letter to THQ about this PoS they released and they apologized saying they are working on a patch....

needless to say i am WELL vex with this. One thing to release a buggy game, next thing to release a fully BROKEN GAME..

hmm been loving it so far, peyonged the beta hell of a lot and now im playing full cracked version (waiting for legit copy to reach here next week)

ive had no issues so far, hell the beta was smoother than other fully legit games, but i dont have vista....

i highly recommend it, like Company of heroes meets the original Dow, and there have been two patches from last week, maybe those will help shiv...

if you compare it to dow 1 vanila yup it is,

in comparison to dow 1 with all expansions, its a bit of a toss up, dow 2 by itself is awesome, but there is a lack of races and units which i figure will be dealt with in expansions

ive had some extraordinarily intense matches in the beta though, so im really looking forward to my legit copy, the multiplayer  is thoroughly  worth the price of admission...

oh yea here is an update for vista owners...
