The second hour made up for the first ALOT. I was pretty impressed with the pilot and I think it has alot of potential. Also their in a plane this time meaning KITT can travel to different countries.....PLENTY potential there.

Nice. Still no turbo boost (followed by Michael turning round watching where they jump and go WOOOOOOOOO!!!!!)

I liked it.

At the end I was like: 'Ay-Ay, look dey have truck and trailer like the old series'......

....and then KITT reverses down the ramp from a MOVING C-130 HERCULES HEAVY TRANSPORT onto the roadway.

Said Hercules does a real smart pull-up off the road as KITT does a 180 and rockets away.

OMG...I was bawling like ten Tarzan!!!

BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!


Of course, the geek in me loved the nanomachine based defensive system, and that very cool 'morph'
effect when KITT changes colour.

I think NBC has a good thing going here.  Good choice in Val Kilmer for the voice-work.
Don't worry Shiv, about the turbo boost thing.  I'm pretty sure there's another VERY cool ability to make up for that.

One thing though...is it just me, or did that whole pilot just seem like one long Ford ad at times?

Hmm didn't even see it.. anyone have an idea when it will air again and on what channel (sorry I doh watch much television and couldn't tell you what channel is what save NGC on 40 anymore)

Yeah that pilot was good. Yeah @ Ford ad. I don't think I saw any other type of car for more than 2 seconds throughout the whole show. It was great nonetheless, reminds me of Crysis nanosuit.

I saw the pilot in Orlando....man, it was awesome.
Seeing the original Knight Rider (Michael Knight) was cool, also.
I definitely have to catch more of this. Fo' Sho.

So the first ep was tonight.....fyi

I thought it was very good......a GREAT idea and twist to the story as well. They made use of the Hercules transport with the possibility of sending KITT around the globe to discover Michael Knights (the new one) roots and what happened to him.

I like some of his very bad@ss features, and this......truck thing.....which.....well whatever.

The story has a solid foundation and I think its definitely a step in the right direction.....Plus Deanna Russo is ZOMG hawt!
