street fighter 4 wont see a console release til year end. the actual game isnt even finished as yet, although this friday there will be a playable demo at the arcade expo in japan. Friday I go be all up on srk for news on sf4 and kof12.

What about normal tekken 5?.. DR has new moves and different frames

No reason you can't train using normal T5, though you'll want at least a few games with actual DR to see how the new moves work. Unfortunately I don't have a PS3 (yet), but I successfully used to train for TTT (Arcade) using T3(PS1) and that's far more restrictive than using T5 for T5:DR.
