Update:
So as per directions, if you're heading East, its the left turn DIRECTLY BEFORE the LAST WALK OVER. OR the Left JUST after CW Interiors etc. There is a church's chicken on the right as you take the turn. If you're heading West you can take the traffic light before Courts (opposite WASA) and make a U-turn and then take the left before the walk over.

I have dropped in my complaint form, now I play the waiting game, they're supposed to contact us within 2 days, otherwise I may have to lodge a complaint to TATT about TATT.... I REALLY HOPE this speeds things up, i'll keep yall updated.

Well fellas breaking news!!! Flow ws dropping like as$ lASS night for about an hour or 2 but now it back.
More news....MY AUNTIE AND COUSIN FINALLY GET THEY BLINK SETUP AND WOOOHHOOO BIG SURPRISE NO SERVICE WOOOOP!!!!ALL THE MODEM AN EVERYTHING...NO COVERAGE.....3 LETTERS...WOW!

I actually got a UN-initiated call FROM TSTT *GASPS* to tell me they received my complaint letter from TATT and that it will be passed along to the necessary personal (aka the shredder) and they'll work to resolve the problem... why do I feel like i'll be the last in the area to get back service XD I hope to GOD NOT!!! Eroo send in dat letter man, if enough ppl in the area send in the letters i'm sure it'll raise some hell and eye brows!!!

Flow working perfectly in RIo CLaro. 3G sucks in St. Aug, but between 400 and 700 in Rio Claro! I still thinkin about going Flow even if this 3G blinking contract has 2 years on it again, although TSTT said they would let me out of the contract to go Blink.

Spoke to a tstt supervisor of some kind today, he basically gave me more of the same, APPARENTLY tstt's internet dept isn't directly in charge of the 'upgrade' but rather there is another body seemingly INDEPENDENT that is in charge of that process and THEY HAVE NO DIRECT CONTACT WITH THEM.... HOW THE DONKEY BLUE BALLS CAN THE INTERNET DEPARTMENT OF TSTT NOT HAVE A DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE DEPT DOING THE UPGRADE OF THEIR SERVICES?

?? WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF? (yes THAT many repeated For Unlawful Carnal Knoweldge S). The MOTHER ^&*(ING BILLING Dept apparently does however... WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE??? so he SUPPOSEDLY will forward my case onto the area MANAGER to see if that helps, however I highly doubt it will. I am following this matter up with TATT, cause CLEARLY SOMEONE NEEDS TO SQUEEZE THESE TSTT MOFOS Testicle with a titanium, diamond spiked, poison dretched radioactive VICE and then hammer what's otherwise a unidentifiable excuse for human reproductice organs with an sledge hammer and use an argon laser to dispose of it after.

Imagine this man telling me he doh understand how TSTT hasn't put out a FORMAL APOLOGY and NOTICE to their unsuspecting and TOTALLY ENRAGED customers about the outage and what miniscule EFFORTS they're NOT making to correct it... NEO I need your patience to rant here cause I MUCH rather take a brass knuckle to the managers and engineers of that dept for their complete FAILURE! Heck Neo if you would construct a nice diplomatic rant for me so I can send it to the EDITOR of EVERY newspaper in the country.... GOD!!!

Fill out the TATT complaint form. Time to use the TATT! 31 days is just ridicilous!

Can anyone ever imagine why? With their steller level of service in a service environment (can u feel the sacasm?). Imagine when Flow brings landline services...

I sending in the TATT complaint today and I get my neighbor to do the same. Words cant describe how frustrated I am with TSTT. Anyone know when Flow coming Palmiste or can recommend any good wireless internet?

I need my farkin internet back and I need it NOW!
