Hmm it better be back up by the time I reach home after work. Did any TSTT employees pass by you to configure your modem for blink?

This so does NOT inspire confidence... that aside check this:

So DSL has been down for 2 (going on 3) days now. So meh dad home decides to call em. Of course you get the call centre in INDIA and they proceed to go thru the USUAL AND POINTLESS motions... so eventually they ask him to RESET the modem as in press the pin factory reset yada yada... so anyways IMAGINE that after THEY tell him to FACTORY RESET the modem, they tell him to USE THE PREVIOUS IP SCHEME (which I changed to 192.168.4.x) to ACCESS THE MC MODEM???? O_O  so wait... he's trying to access 192.168.1.1 or rather SHOULD be and they have him trying to access 192.168.4.1???? wait it gets better!
They tell him to use DHCP... remember.. FACTORY RESET PARADYNE MODEM.... DHCP??? those IDIOTS!!! and then they sit on the other end of the phone wondering why the NETWORK CONNECTION IS SHOWING LIMITED CONNECTIVITY!!!

suffice to say I called home was like WTF? and proceeded to walk meh pops thru getting back into the modem. He put back in the configurations and BLEH... STILL NOT FCUKING WORKING... TSTT MCS!!!!

A padna of mine said there are some slight changes to be made for Blink so i'll make those when I reach home. But GEEZ you (call center worker) supposed to AT LEAST KNOW how to RECONNECT to a MODEM AFTER YOU FCUKING TELL YUH CUSTOMER TO RESET IT!!!! WDMC!!!

Well going into day 4 with my internet still down. The last response I got is that there are 'upgrades' going on so you just have to wait it out. So basically they'll fix it when they fix it... WTF is that? and since when upgrades mean you lose service... that supposed to be a upgrade?

I seriously think as soon as Flow reach here I leaving TSTT @$$.
