Blu_Vice, seriously you need to stop downplaying the local community like that.
Modern Warfare 2 IS the biggest game this year. Millions upon millions of people are gonna be buying it, multiple folds over the sales of games like Uncharted 2 and Killzone 2.
You're calling Trini's "bandwagonists" yet the whole world's eyes are on this game. So I guess every single person buying this game is a "bandwagonist"? If thats true by your perception then I'm happy to be one.
I was a bandwagonist for Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, Rock Band 2, even the PS3 itself. What I'm basically getting to is that..that argument is null.
Zenmaster, me and dozens of Trinis and people from abroad have been enjoying COD4 since it came out on PS3, of course over time you lose interest and the community dies down. The next thing you need to consider is everything thats been happening for the past year to 2 years. The economy being a factor, increased costs everywhere. Trinidad's public isn't very rich, alot of the people I know scraped money off the floor just to afford PS3 because it was their passion for gaming. Some of them can only dedicate funds to 2-3 games a year. Some just even 1 game.
Now when you have a game like Call of Duty 4 running 100,000 people online at the same time and people playing it up to 2 years after its release like it came out yesterday...thats BANG for your buck. And the game is great.
Plus the series has a huge name, so people will obviously gravitate to it.
Your next argument about COD being for noobs. Last I checked Call of Duty is the big name in competitive gaming, hosting most of competitive matches across PC and consoles. When you have 30million plus people playing Call of Duty, yes 25million of them and more are noobs but whats the problem there? Its people gaming and having fun.
You find your friends anyway, dvon and the rest of the n3w crew... and look you enjoy competitive gaming in the games you like. (It just so happens the games you choose, most people don't play

Now Blu_Vice I just trying to be fair here, I not attacking you or anything, you know me, we talk alot, and you know i'm a very fair person and you know I love my Call of Duty amongst other games.
When you insult the Trini community, about "o they coming out of hibernation for 6-8months", you shouldn't be arsed by that. Man I so friggin excited that Modern Warfare 2 coming out. Its a reunion of sorts. People lost interest after time like all games, but friends and family from all over coming back into this game...and we gonna be playing it for days, casually and competitively. I have some younger players we have as friends telling me how excited they are to see everybody coming back online for this game and how they missed us. (These people being from families who can only afford few games, birthday, christmas.) They continue to enjoy playing COD and they WISH they could have gotten Uncharted 2 and Killzone 2 but they just couldn't afford it.
At the end of the day, all of the Trinis who played COD4 and liked it (Ala most of them) going to be playing Modern Warfare 2 regardless of what you think plus hundreds more who recently got PS3's. So I just asking to stop raining on our bandwagon. We damn excited and then we come on GATT to see dissapointment from people who don't even play Modern Warfare multiplayer.
Blu_Vice I respect your opinion and you've sent it across GATT and PSNTT multiple times, we get it, you find cod gimmicky and its not for you...fair enough. You simply don't have to iterate the issue all the time.
The trini psn community is stronger than ever with MOdern Warfare 2, so please don't argue otherwise.
As NGW has said before, when you say those things, you hurt the community and not help grow it.
