I not much of a purebred dog person so I can't knowledgeably ask about shots and all that...

 Mixed dogs are alot easier to take care of , my family had like 30 something dogs so far , and the Pitbull/ German shepherd and Doberman/pothound dogs we have now haven't gone to the vet yet.

damn i didn't know that we had 'bitbulls' in trinidad

Still though i have a neighbour with pitbull rot mix and that lil bastard about a month old and bad for weeks

I dunno, there's something about pit mixes that I never really trust...they can turn out nice, but there can be a bit of a temperament....personally I would go for German Shepard mixes...

hmmm my gf has a pure pitbull, and although it has a badjohn temperament, it is quite loving whenever its around people it knows. always wana hump yuh leg and jump on yuh.

had some neighbours in diego a few years ago that liked to keep male dogs.  there were this rot pups that i swear were Gay! they used to regularly Knot each other (remembers incidents and runs to the sink to puke)
