Hmm my story is pretty simple... a friend in UWI (at the time when I was in UWI) told me about a site with local gamers. That was pretty much it. Oh and I sweat a lil Q3 some time GATT had a LAN Party or event in UWI in Engineering undercroft. Daz bout it. Since then i've been an active member.

yea i remember the UWI sweat, god I miss St Augustine and Trinidad

well my story goes back to 2002/2003 or so maybe even before, I had now gotten out of a long term relationship and was looking for a hobby, lived a few blocks from this gaming/internet cafe and went there one day to help me take my mind off of things. It turned out to be HQ and Scorp turned out to be an old friend that I knew since high school many ages and moons ago. So I joined and I've been here ever since...

Then there was Sip n Surf and Euro sigh...think I am gettin home sick

Was in school, gaming was becoming for of the craze, and I think it was Shizz first got us (bourbon people) hooked on SoF, since then game immc. Thats right you can blame Shizz for this plague on the gaming society

Gatt was introduced to me by Bsensei... when he gave me a link to just take a look and give him some feedback on the site, and i thought it was a project he was doing. So i made a joke and ask him when do i sign up, and he told me anytime i liked, so i was like "how long this going on?" and he told me it was like ages lol... but anyway, i've been a member since that day i was introduced to Gatt

I first found gatt around the time it looked like this

didn't bother to join but i read the profiles and what not. I remember reading orochi's profile and wondering if i could beat him in KOF98.

I ended up joining the forum in early 2002.

Well I had heard about GATT ages ago (back in 1998) while in school through the lab technician, but didn't have any real gaming PC or anything to play any of the popular PC games at the time (i.e. Starcraft, and I had a 486 PC), so I didn't see the real need for it at that point, having studies to take care of first. In 1999, at a new internet café in Grande (E-Tech), I got acquainted to gaming at a competitive level (ppl like Para etc), but still didn't join GATT at that point. I resolved to only make such a move when I got my own PC that could run some decent games, and also when I was old enough to head out to one of these 'sweats' without parents breathing over my shoulder...

In 2003, I was introduced to Sip N Surf, and decided to make a pass in for a sweat that GATT was having on the eve of Independence Day, and after that, I signed up shortly afterwards, and thus my life in GATT began.

I joined gatt from since like '95, ask baego, I real ole jed. Was around the days of dry, shark, maniac and when rampage was still in trini. Valpark Quake 3 sweat. Ah met up with baego in a Need For Speed : Porsche Unleashed Tournament and they told me to join the club.

there are too many hypocrites and b**** a** fa**ots on this site......people who I used to trust, I hate with every ounce of my life.
Frankly and sadly too......I'm losing the zeal to game anymore

I found Gatt while hopelessly searching for local yugioh turnies, found a site that had a report about a tourny held bye gatt, clicked on the banner and teh rest is history!

turns out your a better source of info than most of the other forums i've been too

and it doesn't hurt that i can buss a joke relating to a game or piece of tech and somebody go get it.

put down an order for meh ti4200 and nearly faint in ecstasy after playin jedi outcast when i reach home....

hmm. u know, i cah remember. but i think it might have been through orochi... i prolly joined around 2001-2002 or so..then i started to work with voyd round 2003 or so, and he reintroduced me to it ( and naruto.rofl)

but i never really used to post until last year, was one of those 'silent ninja' types
