I considering buying a MSI K7N2 Delta ILSR.I hear it could utilize "dual channel ram".To get this to work i have to buy special dual channel ram or just any 2 sticks of ram and put them in the appropriate spot?

nope.....not true
it works with any 2 memory modules

i have worked with nforce 2 boards so i can say from a hands on perspective

u must install the modules on slot 1 and 3 or slot 2 and 3 for that particular board
not like u could do it any other way anyhow

i should mention though...
even though it will work with any ram....for stability reasons, you may want to use the special dual channel designed ram
