Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 wins Gamespot's Best Fighting Game of 2006

Well, well, well.
Even after 10+ years, UMK3 managed to beat out recent titles like Dead or Alive 4 for the XBox 360 and Tekken: DR for the PSP. Amazing how such an old game could hold out for so long. In case you were wondering why this game was even nominated, given its age, it was recently released on XBox Live.

Well unlike gamespot I've probably played every fighting game that was released this past year on most consoles. My top pick would be.....

Ah yes a tie you may be asking ? The two top games for this year hands down are Guilty Gear XX Slash and King of Fighters XI, I'd probably give Melty Blood Act Cadenza third place with Samurai Shodown Tenka (6) being 4th.

They probably feeling sorry for them with regards to MK: Armageddon....a game that is somewhat last-installment-of-series type game...dont hate me..i just dont lke MK series all that much ok....
