Horizontal lines on TV when using Xbox 360

I just got my 360 last week and I noticed that there are these lines on the TV when I am using it. I noticed it more when I tried to watch a movie in widescreen. I know this is related to the 360 because my other consoles work perfectly. I was reading up on it on Microsoft's site and someone said that it has to do with the coaxial cable used for cable TV. I unplugged the cable from the TV and it worked fine. The person said that if you get a DC Ground Blocker & Isolation Transformer, plug it on the end of the coaxial cable and plug it into the TV, it will solve the problem. So I have some questions:

1. Has anyone had this problem?

2. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

3. Did anyone try this solution that I mentioned?

4. Where in T&T can I get this item?

I am using the AV inputs. The coaxial cable I mentioned is the one going from my cable box to the TV. That, apparently, is the one causing the interference.
